RT @deaidua: @deaidua: After BILD & WSJ had reported that a foreign intelligence service had forwarded intercepted communications to the German government that were supposed to provide concrete indications of Russian involvement in the fire at Diehl Metall, SPIEGEL now reports that investigators and authorities have no evidence of this.

In response to a SPIEGEL enquiry, both the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office and the Berlin Attorney General's Office stated that they had no evidence of intentional arson.

According to SPIEGEL, none of the authorities are currently conducting an investigation in this regard, while the Berlin police are still assuming it was an accident and handling it that way. Also → security circles were also unable to confirm the reports by BILD and WSJ that evidence of Russian involvement had been provided.

On June 25, it became known that the MAKS-2024 International Aviation Space Salon scheduled for July is canceled. The air show was postponed to 2025.

In previous years, one of the features of MAKS was the performance of aerobatic teams of the Russian Aerospace Forces, including “Vitiazi” and “Strizhi”.

By coincidence, in the evening of June 25, 11 fighters arrived at Baranavichy airfield from Russia, including MiG-29, Su-35 and Su-30SM of the Russian Aerospace Forces. These are fighters from the “Vitiazi” and “Strizhi” aerobatic groups, and the purpose of their arrival in Belarus is to participate in the parade on July 3.
