Belarusian Solidarity Center reports that one of Polish state bodies sent information about Belarusians with subsidiary protection to the embassy of Belarus in Poland.

The Center emphasizes that this incident raises serious concerns, as it violates the principles of confidentiality and security of citizens under international protection.

According to Article 9 of the Act “On granting protection to aliens within the territory of the Republic of Poland”, personal data can’t be sent or obtained from subjects, in respect of whom there is a reasonable assumption of persecution or possible serious harm. Which in case of Belarusians is the Lukashenka regime.
