Overnight, Ukrainian drones attacked the Morozovsk Air Base in Rostov Oblast of Russia, which is a home-base of the Russian 559th Bomber Aviation Regiment (Su-34s), 4th Air and Air Defense Army.
The locals informed that around 40-60 explosions were heard in the area, as Russian air defenses attempted to repel the attack.
The Governor of Rostov Oblast Vasily Golubev claimed that over 40 Ukrainian drones were shot down around Morozovsk, which is located over 300km from the current frontline in Ukraine. He also said that a local electrical substation was damaged as a result of the attack.

986. 🇷🇺70th Motor Rifle Regt POWs at Robotyne.
Likely a more recent capture as first reported on 20.03.
A contractor who believed promises that he would “go into the pipeline troops”. Rather he was sent to the 70th's anti-tank platoon and to assault in Robotyne where he says he got lost and was captured.
