Sentinel-2 imagery of a still wintery Severomorsk earlier today shows 2 Gorskhov's missing, presumably at sea, having departed sometime after the 23rd.
Marshal Ustinov has returned after a probable maintenance period at Nerpa.

@CovertShores @KaptainLOMA @MT_Anderson @detrimentalKSU: It's the same launch cells but modifications of some kind is required. Kasatonov was in Severodvinsk for this last fall and it took some time.
While one can't rule out that they have made these modifications to Grigoroviches, I am sceptical

On March 25, 1918, the Belarusian Democratic Republic, the first national Belarusian state, was founded in Minsk. This is a key episode in the new history of Belarus. First of all, Belarusians for the first time declared themselves as a nation that has the right to self-definition. Second, Belarusians as a nation couldn’t be easily ignored by any neighboring countries. In 1918, the Belarusian Democratic Republic and Ukraine recognized consulates and established diplomatic relations.
Freedom Day, unlike Lukashenka’s Independence Day (July 3), is in no way connected with the Soviet past. Moreover, it’s absolutely opposite to it. All this causes the fact that the pro-Russian Lukashenka regime can’t accept this day. Freedom Day was celebrated on the national level several times, but starting from 1995 practically all rallies, marches and events were suppressed by the enforcer...
