On March 11, the Belarusian Armed Forces started a combat readiness inspection. The following activities that may be related to the inspection are known:
• On March 11, seven helicopters of the 50th combined air base (three Mi-24 and four Mi-8) flew from Machulishchy airfield to Vosautsy airfield. Usually, after flying to Vosautsy, the helicopters conduct drills at the 210th Ruzhany air training ground. Whether this is a part of the inspection isn’t known yet.
• In the evening of March 11, the reconnaissance battalion of the 6th Mechanized Brigade marched from its permanent deployment point to the Hozhski training ground. It wasn’t specified whether this was a part of a the combat readiness inspection. We note that on March 11, competitions for the best motorized rifle and tank platoon, as well as a reconnaissance group of the Western Operational Command began at the training ground.

On March 12, the General Staff of Belarus began inspection of the level of training of territorial defense in Homiel region.
According to the Belarusian MoD, the first stage of the comprehensive inspection of the regional territorial defense authorities will be held from March 12 to April 5. Its purpose is to determine the level of readiness of executive committees and military commissariats of the region to form territorial troops and to assess the possibility of formation and use of territorial defense forces.
During the inspection, up to 200 reservists will be drafted to staff units of the territorial troops. This means that a separate rifle battalion of the territorial defense will be formed in one of the districts of Homiel region.

A citizen of Lithuania died in a Belarusian pre-trial detention center. He was arrested at the Beniakoni border checkpoint in December 2023 on suspicion of smuggling.
The Lithuanian Foreign Ministry said it had issued a note of protest to the Charge d’Affaires of Belarus in Lithuania. It’s also reported that the Lithuanian party was not properly informed about the detention of the Lithuanian citizen, the grounds for the arrest, and the state of his health. They were also not given the opportunity to visit the detainee and provide him with the necessary consular assistance.

The An-124 of the Russian Aerospace Forces brought Algerian MiG-29 to the 558 Aircraft Repair Plant in Belarus?

According to clarified information, the aircraft could have brought MiG-29 fighters of the Algerian Air Force to Baranavichy for modernization, as it happened with aircraft from African and Asian countries many times.
In addition, on March 6, 2024, this particular An-124 (reg. number RF-82011) was spotted at Cairo airport (in the photo), which corresponds to the time between its visits to Belarus. Thus, both flights were probably commercial.

Undated video of a Russian S-400 air defense unit defending itself from a Ukrainian attack with M142 HIMARS/M270 MLRS' GMLRS rockets.
S-400's transporter erector launcher (TELs) can be seen firing a number of missiles against the targets in the sky. In the later part of the video, the sounds of at least two GMLRS impacts can be heard in the close distance.
The cameraman sits inside of a 96L6E early-warning and acquisition radar.
According to the original source, one S-400 TEL was lightly damaged, while one S-400 TEL operator was lightly wounded.

The package is set to include more MGM-140 ATACMS Block I ballistic missiles with cluster warhead, as well as 155mm shells and GMLRS rockets for M142 HIMARS/M270 MLRS.
