Iskander-M or the North Korean KN-24 or a Russian Tornado-S GMLRS missile. Any guesses? By estimates based on previous strikes, Iskander-M can be inaccurate to about 30-45 meters for some strikes or sometimes has an accuracy of about 6-7 meters.

@Zagonel85: Russia was controlling the government in Ukraine. Yanukovich was a puppet, the goal was for Russia to demilitarize the country so they could easily annex it. They took Crimea then invaded Donbas and Ukrainians started to fight back. Russia invades places for their entire history.
