🇺🇦🇺🇲 | The Biden administration is working toward delivering longer-range ATACMS ballistic missiles to Ukraine, two US officials told NBC News.
The longer-range ATCAMS would allow the Armed Forces of Ukraine to strike farther inside the Crimean Peninsula.
Officials said that is not likely to send these missiles to Ukraine without money to replenish the stockpiles, as the US has a limited inventory of ATACMS.
If Congress approves more funding for Ukraine, the US might include the longer-range ATACMS missiles in one of the first packages of military aid paid for with that money, according to two officials.
The US also has ammunition and artillery ready to send to Ukraine immediately if the funding is approved, the officials added.

Basically, Russians say that this downed Su-35 is also the work of Russian and not Ukrainian air defense. If you believe all the versions of the Russians, it means there is a Russian S-300/400 killer air defense division in the Azov Sea area and Russians cannot persuade its operators to stop shooting down Russian aircrafts. 8 Patriots would be enough to close almost the entire front from the Black Sea, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk, Luhansk, and Kharkiv City.
There is a shortage of Patriot but even 3 more will help a lot.
