The amount that US and Europe seized is enough for Ukraine to win the war if allocated for weapons mostly.

Syrian military statement: At approximately 00:30 [local] on Wednesday, Israel launched airstrikes from the direction north of Tripoli [in Lebanon], targeting a number of sites in the city of Homs and its countryside.

The Syrian side stated that the strikes caused the death and injuries to a number of civilians.
