@MartinD9Lucic: Russia attacked the city of Lviv with cruise missiles at the time. The missile failed, a part of that S-300 air defense system fell in Ukraine. The missile was unguided going into Poland, this has been concluded in investigations not conducted by Ukraine. It was a missile failure
