The drones are expendable, they are often lost due to russian EW, fire and bad weather. The one in the picture below was hit by round from an AK.
But the skilled pilot from the 92nd brigade managed to bring it back and now it's going to be salvaged for parts or repaired.

Due to the construction of a military town near Homiel, a laser tag club had to relocate.
There are new facts confirming the preparation for the construction of a military town for the Southern Operational Command in Homel district.
According to our data, the military town will be built on the basis of 5 abandoned children’s camps (Chaika, Ahaniok, Halaktyka, Litseishchyk and Liasnaya Paliana), located in the area near Novaya Buda village, Homiel district.
According to Google Maps, there’s the Karsar active leisure club in the area of the former Halaktyka children’s camp. There is indeed such club in Homiel, which offers services for playing laser tag, paintball, etc.

Drills of the Belarusian and Russian Armed Forces in Belarus are extended until at least December 25.
The Damanava and Hozhski training grounds work with no days off, other training grounds have days off on December 16-17.
The extension of drills at Belarusian training grounds from December 18 is as follows:
•Barysauski training ground (Barysau district) until 23.12;
• Hozhski training ground (Hrodna district) until 25.12;
• Brestski training ground (Brest district) until 23.12;
• Asipovichski training ground (Asipovichy district) until 22.12;
• Nioman training ground (Navahrudak district) until 22.12;
• Obuz-Liasnouski training ground (Baranavichy district) until 22.12;
• Damanava training ground (Ivatsevichy district) until 24.12;
• Lepelski training ground (Lepel district) until 23.12.
The drills have been continuously held since April 29, 2022. In total, the drills have been extended for 86 weeks.

According to the commander’s plan, a sudden combat readiness inspection began in military units of the Air Force and Air Defense Forces. This was reported by the Belarusian MoD.
During the inspection, units of the Anti-Aircraft Missile and Radio-Technical Troops moved to assigned areas and began to fulfill combat tasks. The S-300 and S-400 SAM systems and the Rosa-RB low-altitude radars are involved in the inspection.
The S-400 SAM systems are in service only with the 15th Anti-Aircraft Missile Brigade. Also, from 11:00 to 12:30 (Minsk time), there were intensive flights of aircraft and helicopters of all air bases of the Belarusian Air Force (the 50th, 61st and 116th).
During the inspection, the personnel will have to fulfill tasks on detection and conditional destruction of control targets.
It’s symbolic that today is Radio-Technical Troops Day. Solemn events in military units of the Radio-Technical Troops were reported.

On December 14, Russian propagandist Konstantin Pridybailo wrote on Twitter that mercenaries of PMC Wagner had joined the Internal Troops of Belarus. “Today, within the walls of our branch of the university, there was an important meeting of students and people who should be looked up to and taken an example from,” the university reported.
The students were also offered to take an example from the “teacher,” informational warfare specialist Aleksandr Pylkov. He was dressed in a militaristic-colored hoodie with patches: Russian flag, inscription “We are Russians, God is with us” and “Kurgan.”
