🇻🇪🇬🇾 | On Thursday, Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro declared that Venezuela will not "see through" the claim of Guyana and the International Court of Justice to suspend the consultative referendum on December 3.
The referendum will concern questions regarding Guyana's oil-rich Essequibo region, to which Venezuela holds claims.
