June 24, 1994: American Boeing B-52H Stratofortress strategic bomber crashes at the Fairchild AFB during a practice flight, in what can be called one of the most preventable aerial accidents.

The pilot, Lt. Col. Bud Holland, was already known to the USAF for his reckless and irresponsible flying.

On that fateful day, he tried to maneuver outside B-52's capability, making it crash into the ground and explode. He and other three crew-members perished.
