@SmartBlackDog1: Russian source associated with Russian military aviation- “One of the main landing gear failed. After all the actions to try to release it and remove it in all possible and impossible ways, the crew went to the ejection zone and left the plane.
It is impossible to land on a Su-34 with one main landing gear extended.”

The Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine claims that there was a sabotage on the Russian Chkalovski air base, near Moscow. On 18 September 2023.
“Unknown persons planted explosives on AN-148, IL-20 (both belonging to the 354th special purpose aviation regiment) and MI-28N helicopter.”

Unfortunately, there is not much data in open sources to confirm the information about the damaged Russian aircrafts. Hopefully more data will appear in the future.

@LasseSaksa: The point here is that I think it's unlikely that this was an intentional attack on neutral shipping in the Danube anchorage.

The question came so I'll give the answer here:

Ukraine has likely laid a considerable number of YaM mines in defensive minefields along the coast early in the war, originally intended to counter any Russian amphibious landings.
