That's a good rule of thumb for any type of warship, to ensure sufficient numbers available on a day to day basis, while taking maintenance- and training cycles into account.

For May 17th celebrations, the Norwegian Constitution Day, there was a shooting pause between 1130 and 1330.
Local celebration committee saw no problems with shooting practice on this day.

1) A 31st Engineering Regt captain KIA 16/08/23.
2) 1455 Regt recce company soldier WIA 29-30/08 in Verbove, sent to hospital but no contact.
3) Mobilised MIA in Verbove.
Source channel usually only give locations for MIA not for KIA.

The Swedish Armed Forces will reportedly be tasked by the Government to examine the impact of deliveries of Gripen to Ukraine on own defense capability and how quickly donated aircraft can be replaced.
Looks like a real possibility Gripen's might be coming.
