Conclusion: Did Ukraine shelled a hospital?

NO.

It was a Russian ammunition depot, that never should be there in the first place, that caused the damage to the hospital.

Russia is responsible:
Ammunition depot (military operation) to close to the hospital.

Addendum: regarding the shelling of Donetsk.

1. It is clear that Russia 'hides' 'military allowed' targets in Donetsk: HQ's, Logistical Hubs, Artillery positions and even ammunition depots. These are valid Ukrainian targets.

Shells can fall short due to various reasons such as bad storage of ammunition (known Russian problem), mistakes while aiming, mechanical issues,...

--> Not all Donetsk shelling is Ukrainian.
