In other words, one “Ukrainian Individual” had info, then went and told it to a European Intelligence Agency which went and told it to the CIA, then it was posted on Discord, and then the Washington Post got a copy from someone on that Discord

This is like 5th-hand information

Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania which are basically defenseless, Russia could invade and take those easily. Another is Finland that wouldn’t have joined NATO if Russia didn't invade Ukraine, and <0.5% is Norway
