This is the Royal Norwegian Navy S-class destroyer Svenner. She was part of naval force supporting the landings on Sword beach.
At 0530, the Svenner was torpedoed and sunk by German S-boats coming from Le Havre.

In total, 10 Royal Norwegian Navy ships took part on June 6th.
In addition to the Svenner, two other Norwegian destroyers were part of the bombardment force.
