The sub had been going to a safe depth but lost power and broached 200 yards ahead of the destroyer escort. #Kosovo: NATO will deploy 700 more troops in Kosovo and will put a battalion from the reserve force on heightened alert so it can be also send there if needed, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg announced at today's press conference.

@TheGreenLamaMKE I count that 3rd Assault Bde took 13 POWs in their May battles so far. In some cases RuAF run. - see tweet 1 + 83 to come. But many choose to fight and die. Some media shows UAF calling them to surrender but I expect in many cases they don't take chances and 1st grenade a bunker.
