The PC-24 "Yars" ICBM launchers have left the permanent deployment point in the town of Teikovo (Ivanovo Region) for the preparation for the military parade on Red Square.

For now prehaps the most important aspect of the M1 donation, but over time more M1s will likely be required.
This might be unpopular in the US but I do think that at some point in time, the restrictions on releasing DU armoured M1s must be revised.
It's a question of numbers.

@kadubai11 There are no silver bullets in large scale warfare.
HIMARS had a measurable impact when introduced in Ukraine and forced the Russians to adapt.
To strain their current logistics system you need longer range, preferably also striking inside Russia proper.

@putney_scot Large scale warfare is a question of quantity. Leo 2 is the best option for the short term, but European countries don't operate that many and production capacity is limited.
The real numbers, and capability, is found in US long term storage the M1. The logistics is manageable

@kadubai11 As I've said, they are adapting, but I wouldn't say HIMARS is the sole reason for their current slow progress.
They are able to concentrate forces and supply them.
So far in this war, neither side has been able to make and exploit a breakthrough against determined resistance.

If you are worried about China, write to your Congressman about the US Navy, US shipbuilding capacity and associated industrial base.
