USA is not giving Ukraine🇺🇦 new HARM’s like the AGM-88 E/G. Either US gives old HARM’s to Ukriane or they get scrapped

This howitzer was an important part of Norway's Cold War Field Artillery. Introduced around 1953, the late 80s wartime structure included 11 battalions, fielding 228 M101s.

Phased out in the 90s and long gone by now.

If this is true, it would mark a change. The previous Russian commanders who were replaced no longer had a command role in the war. That's why keeping Surovikin as a deputy is a little strange if his performance was deemed unsatisfactory.
