Looking at various places this video has been posted, these men are presumably from the 392nd Motorized Rifle Regiment.

I do think this could be new formation. There is a 392nd District Training Center in Khabarovsk.

USA is not giving Ukraine🇺🇦 new HARM’s like the AGM-88 E/G. Either US gives old HARM’s to Ukriane or they get scrapped

M101s still being useful.

This howitzer was an important part of Norway's Cold War Field Artillery. Introduced around 1953, the late 80s wartime structure included 11 battalions, fielding 228 M101s.

Phased out in the 90s and long gone by now.
