As others have noted, it could be an AG/AGS-30 grenade launcher, though it looks different than the BMPT's hull mounted AG-17D.

I think this is the first confirmed member of Russian SSO who was killed in the war (on August 4). Lieutenant Colonel Boris Mikheev served in Solnechnogorsk where the Senezh unit, training center, and command are based. He received the Hero of Russia.
