They may seem slow, but the Russians are indeed learning and adapting.

Russians are adapting to counter GEOINT as well as HIMARS after sustaining heavy losses during the first phases of the war. Unfortunately, to counter their countermeasures Ukraine needs more long-range striking capabilities, as well as more imagery.

"There are no restrictions on the financing of the RF Armed Forces, the country gives the army everything they ask for."
"We will not engage in the militarization of the country and the militarization of the economy."

Over 30 Russian tanks were transferred from Vitsebsk region to Brest region of Belarus.
According to @belzhd_live, yesterday’s echelon, which was going from Zaslonava towards Slutsk, eventually arrived at Palonka railway station (Baranavichy district, Brest region).

Equipment of the Russian Armed Forces, which was stationed at the Lepelski training ground, was loaded at Zaslonava railway station (Vitsebsk region) and departed on December 20 at 06:20.

The echelon included 51 cars, 46 of which were flatcars with equipment: 31 T-72B3 and T-80 tanks, 13 Ural trucks, 1 BTR-80 and 1 tracked engineer vehicle. There were also 3 freight cars with equipment and ammunition and 2 passenger cars carrying about 100 people of personnel.

Its destination point was Slutsk (Minsk region), but after the stop it continued moving, and on December 21 at 05:30 it arrived at Palonka railway station. The Obuz-Liasnouski training ground, where the Russian Armed Forces are deployed, is located near Palonka station.

The Norwegian Minister of Defence has stated that Norway considers donating military equipment in "daily use" to Ukraine, thereby accepting that Norwegian inventories would be below desired levels, for a period of time.
