Siversk-Bakhmut
The AFU repulsed attacks around Bilohorivka, Verkhn'okam'yans'ke and Spirne. Wargonzo reports RU attacks around Optyne, Bakhmuts'ke and Yakovlivka. (They don't exactly say that, but that is my interpretation of it)

Donetsk
Continued fighting around the usual suspects Pervomais'ke, Krasnohorivka and Nevel's'ke outcome unclear.

RU sources report they are shelling heavy on the frontline south of Donetsk. This means nothing, it could be true, it could be a lie.

I believe the Dnipro divides the battlefield here. I still don't believe there is any kind of ground assault going on at Kinburn. I think it's psyops , rumors and translation/interpretation problems.

That is about it for now when it comes to the operational status.

🧵A dive in to the importance of Luhansk as a logistics hub for the Russians.

I will provide some though on why Luhansk city is a key location for the Russian logistics apparatus with the help of some very high resolution satellite images and a few maps. https://t.co/YMCxYbAJjo

By supporting @Veteransforukr1, you help Ukrainian units deliver kinetic effect downrange.

RT @Jack_Watling: For the Ukrainian military, trying to rebuild combat power after its recent offensives, the aim this winter should be to use artillery, skirmishing and constant pressure to keep the Russians outdoors. The result will be bad for Russian morale, discipline and combat power. 15/17

Another good investigation by @DefMon3, again showing why the West needs to provide long-range systems to Ukraine.

Time to end the dithering, give Ukraine the tools they say they need to finish the job!

RT @DefMon3: Come on, you have to decide, are they mercenaries or NATO personnel? They can't be both. Besides that, the rest is also complete bullshit. https://twitter.com/DefMon3/status/1596668734181367811/photo/1

Many suggesting how Ukraine should "keep up the momentum" against the Russians in the NE (Donbas) while continuing to Melitopol (further east from Kherson Oblast).

While certainly desirable, both those efforts will be tough.

Here's why. A brief 🧵 1/18

Good thread by @MarkHertling on why there is still much tough and heavy fighting still ahead.

RT @Tatarigami_UA: 🧵After a failure to take full control of Pavlivka, Donetsk Oblast, the enemy has been building up a striking force near Vuhledar for the past few weeks, it’s unclear whether the enemy is going to start this week or is waiting for more favorable conditions. https://twitter.com/Tatarigami_UA/status/1596941454194057217/video/1
