As many have commented, the main issue for this and future waves of Ru mobilisation is finding enough experienced/competent officers/NGOs (after past losses). Remnants of 2nd company Battalion 1823 in Baranykivka. One-half survived Makiivka. Their main complaint is bad leadership

It was reported that Rezan Gelo, a senior official of the PKK/YPG was seriously (fatally) wounded as a result of a Turkish strike in Qamishli earlier this evening.
The news about his death are not officially confirmed yet.
