Are they capable of another Kharkiv style operation in the coming months? I think they might be, reorganizing after Kherson, but the confidence level of this answer is low.

But there are many unknowns in this equation, the front is long, so there could be local variations too.

Russia has withdrawn 20 more missiles for S-300/400 SAM systems from Belarus.
The Belarusian Hajun recorded the arrival of another Russian IL-76 in Belarus. The aircraft with reg. number RF-76605 arrived at Machulishchy airfield yesterday, November 13, at 19:55 (Kyiv time).

Russian IL-76 (RF-76605) stayed at the airfield for 2 hours 10 minutes and at 22:05 flew to Millerovo airfield (Rostov oblast, Russia).

Yesterday we wrote that in the past days 8 IL-76 arrived at Machulishchy airfield from Russia, which, most likely, were withdrawing missiles for S-300/400 SAM systems from Belarus.

Moreover, yesterday we managed to get additional confirmation to this information. At 13:00, 5 trailers, each carrying 4 missile containers for S-300/400 systems (20 missiles), were moving towards Machulishchy airfield.

Thus, we have additional confirmation that in the last few days they have been withdrawing missiles from Belarus to Russia for further supply of missiles to the group of troops in the Luhansk and Donetsk directions.
