The video in the tweet is the first that definitely confirms the TOW is in Ukraine. Previously we have seen a couple of videos showing TOW - but they all were filmed at training ranges.

Not a happy bunch. Abandoned by their command and all the other usual complaints. Russian mobiks from the '9th Regiment' following capture by the UAF 92nd Mechanised Brigade. Unclear to me which higher formation the 9th falls under. Add a comment if you know.
