@ZaigaZaig He is the mayor of the city, he is a credible source. Kyiv is the capital so Russia would need a lot of Kamikaze drones to get some to hit. Iranian Kamikaze drones have been hit at high rates in the past two weeks. It’s why they are using Swarms of Kamikaze Drones against cities.
