@JonHallin US has a shortage of 155mm Artillery shells and can’t give everything to Ukraine go that’s why they’re giving less. The factories are ramping up to produce more and USA gave M982 Excalibur’s to make up for the storage of standard 155mm ammo and Russia’s large amount of artillery.

@jackryan212 I don’t think it will happen because Russia failed the first time when Ukraine was not even prepared. Russia has lost a ton of territory in Ukraine the past 2 months and haven’t taken anything new in the past 3 months. How could they take Kyiv when they can’t even take Mykolaiv.
