I see this area causes some speculation. Have not found corresponding PRIP yet. My official assessment is still unknown activity.

It could be air activity related to Grom, but this is just a guess.

Due to shallow water and bottom topography, I find Poseidon test here unlikely.

New large NOTAM, "tempo danger area" has been issued for parts of the Kara Sea, active between the 17th and 22nd.

I do not know what kind of activity this could be for, and haven't found a corresponding NAVWARN yet.

New PRIP/NAVWARNs indicate another upcoming launch of a satellite from Plesetsk, not announced otherwise, between the 18th and 21st.

If my memory serves me right, these are typical Soyuz warnings, with 1st stage reentry north of Kola, and payload faring SE of Svalbard.
