@MassDara @MarkHertling The pre-Feb 24 Russian military sustained heavy losses in Feb-Mar, then faced a serious # of refuseniks (20-40% in some units), and then more losses in the Donbas. The Russian force is increasingly composed of non-professional soldiers who volunteered/mobilized after Feb 24.
