The LSTs in the Black Sea haven't been very active lately.

There's a good chance that will change now, in an attempt to mitigate the consequences of losing the Kerch bridge.

I do not think this will have long term effects on the battle field. Unless the Ukrainians get ATACMS or other long strike capabilities, this will soon be repaired. The current max range for Ukraine to strike is around 85km, they need 300km weapons now.

There are many ways the Russians could keep up the flow of supplies while repairing the brigde, using landing ships to transport trucks to Crimea is one way. They could also use barges, to transport military equipment.
