@mr_gh0stly @LivFaustDieJung @ComdSqn It seems as though many/most of their retreats aren't that well executed, and they don't plan to lose territory. They're being told not to retreat by Moscow, so I guess they spend their time trying to hold terrain even when it is likely they will lose it.

@mgerrydoyle I think Wagner is a mix. They will form units that are likely more capable/experienced than spetsnaz units, but it depends what the contract/mission is. But even if they are more experienced, they don't always receive enough equipment as happened in Syria.

@mgerrydoyle @BradHowardNYC They aren't a true military, so they can operate effectively at the company (maybe battalion) level, but not much higher than that. Still some questions about how that fight came to happen. They may have expected the Russian military to back them. They weren't expecting AC-130.
