@RALee85 Moscow-based sociologist here. Important caveat is that govt-affiliated pollsters have a huge selection bias towards loyalists. Phone-based and at home interviews are perceived as “loyalty tests” and liberal minded Russians avoid participating. The change in trend is very telling

That Putin hasn’t done everything and it’s not full war yet, and if he wanted he would’ve taken all of Ukraine within days. I hear this every time I listen to Russian Propaganda and they repeat this point many times.

Because live there 4 months a year and lived most of my life there and haven’t met 1 person who wants to be part of Russia and I’m on the war zone in territory Russia claims.
