When officials say ATACMS isn’t given because HIMARS can hit almost all Ukrainian Territory, they mean all Ukrainian Territory Excluding Crimea

@mac__steele It was either the Grom-2 or ATACMS. It’s a matter of opinion. But USA could’ve gave Ukraine🇺🇦 1-3 Missile ATACMS to test it out. Some people say USA has given Ukraine ATACMS but it doesn’t matter because for ATACMS to have a major effect on the war Ukraine needs hundreds of them.

@dlmrlewis1 For Ukraine to be able to hit all of Crimea with HIMARS they would need regain all of Kherson Oblast then enter North Crimea then gain 50-70km of land in Crimea. For Ukraine to hit the Kerch Bridge they would need to get basically all of Crimea. Ukraine needs ATACMS now for that.

@COUPSURE HIMARS can hit much further than 92 km and there have been strikes on Chaplynka as it’s 105km from the frontline.

USA🇺🇸 should give Ukraine🇺🇦 ATACMS because it’s needed

ATACMS is a missile that Ukraine needs to help it on the battlefield and to more quickly win the war

USA has 3,000 ATACMS missiles which aren’t being made anymore and which will be getting fully replaced by the PrSM in 2024

ATACMS cannot hit Moscow

HIMARS can hit over 50 Russia cities, but they have never hit any Internationally Recognized Russian Territory even once with HIMARS

If ATACMS are given only Ukraine’s land will be hit as we saw with HIMARS 🇺🇦

@WhiskyAviator That’s because Congress instructed USA to faze out ATACMS as they are getting old so they would be replace with Prsm. But USA still has thousands of them which aren’t being used and can be given to Ukraine to help win the war.

@WhiskyAviator If there are not active ATACMS then they are sitting around in a warehouse like all of our other equipment, and you claimed 500 do you have a source for that?
