Ru sources reported an offensive in this area a few days ago. It seems like it did not lead to any kind of progress. The RuAF keep sacrificing cannon fodder in this area, in most areas they had no progress at all the last 2 months.

The exact status regarding Lyman is still unclear. I think it's likely some or all of the Russian forces there tried to retreat. But it's not impossible some pockets of resistance still exist in the area. We will just have patience and wait.

In soviet-russia (yes this is allowed again) they chase men down on the streets to force them in to the army.
In Ukraine, there is waiting time to be able to join the army due to high interest.
