5. Link of two tweets - WarGonzo informs that DPR and RuAF are still in Lyman tonight and could be cut off........ in fact seems they have been🔜
-----------
@RALee85:
Pegov (shared by Kots) says that tonight will likely be decisive for Lyman. He says, according to several reliable sources, the fight is at its most dangerous. He mentions the breakthrough in Stavky, fighting in Yampil, and the blockade of Drobysheve.

6. ... .In fact 'By midnight UAF managed to lock Lyman into a cauldron' according to Rybar. He also reports fighting in Zarichne and Yampil under attack.

@wartranslated:
Rybar reports Lyman is practically in a cauldron now: https://t.co/6XwQlS5YkQ
Putin should urgently declare Lyman an independent state, maybe it will help!!! https://t.co/EcpmLFf93o

Caveat. I just noted there are two similar sounding words used in the tweet and in its picture of the translation giving a different emphasis.
'practically' in a cauldron
and
'actually' in a cauldron.

RT @cossackgundi: The prisons in Donetsk aren’t just full of POW’s there’s plenty of political prisoners there that don’t agree with the DPR system or Russia even DPR soldiers in some cases. There is no freedom of expression is Russia or the occupied territories.

If you're interested in tracking weapon systems and losses in Ukraine, @Poutsup, @naalsio26, and @Haruspexut are all doing a very good job and don't have nearly enough followers.

I think it is mostly a signal to Russia. Moscow clearly hopes it can coerce the US to provide less aid, but, by making a public long-term commitment, the US is signaling that it will support Ukraine for as long as it takes, which strengthens Kyiv's hand.
-----------
@michaeldweiss:
Unappreciated aspect of yesterday’s U.S. aid package: if the 18 HIMARS are coming over the next two years, that means Washington 100% believes Ukraine will remain a sovereign state for the foreseeable. No way would it send these systems if it thought Russia could capture them.

@michaeldweiss True, I just think the signal to Moscow is the most important part. It clearly shows confidence in Kyiv as well.

Electric Shock, Extortion and Slave Labor: How Russia Ran a Detention Camp in Occupied Ukraine
The facility in Vovchansk is one of at least 18 such torture chambers that Ukrainian officials say they discovered after ousting Russian forces from the one-third of the Kharkiv region that Moscow occupied for nearly seven months.

Ukraine needs NATO Air Defense, the war has been going on for 7 months and Ukraine doesn’t have 1 NATO Air Defense System
Ukraine 🇺🇦 is waiting for 8 NASAMS and 3 IRIS-T Systems. 2 NASAMS Systems will arrive in two months but the other systems may not arrive for more than a year

Will this bombing go on for the next 1-2 years before Ukraine 🇺🇦 receives the 11 air defense systems which were pledged?
Air defense should be the #1 priority because everyday civilians in cities like Odesa, Dnipro, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Kharkiv are indiscriminately bombed

@PabloPardo1 That wasn’t true and his office walked it back the next day and the Pentagon also said Ukraine doesn’t have a single NASAMS System. It’s pretty obvious Ukraine doesn’t have any NATO Air Defense.

@JordanS58665421 Have you ever read anyone of my post comments on the 🇺🇦 government ? I blame Ukraine’s Government for not preparing a lot more than I blame NATO for not giving weapons. But since the Government did not prepare at all, Ukraine needs to rely on NATO. But civilians are being bombed.

@Usaria_1610 @JordanS58665421 Yes I am and my home get bombs thrown at it every single day and innocent people get killed blocks away which is why I am pretty upset about Ukraine having 0 NATO Air Defense as civilians are indiscriminately bombed everyday. People are scared to sleep because they fear Missiles.

@bk1_168 Seriously those can’t even shoot down Iranian Drones. The systems shoots bullets at targets. That’s 1960s air defense, it’s 2022. Would you like World War 2 air defense too? Ukraine needs modern air defense like Patriot which Morocco, Taiwan, UAE, Greece, Poland, and others have.
