@MarkRid89403375 You forgot about all the Russian ghosts flying around.

@yourssi27214873 United States says there is no sign that Russia is preparing to use nuclear weapons in the Ukraine war at this time.

@yourssi27214873 It’s not going to happen, it’s a fear tactic Russia has been relying on, in all of its existence. If they throw a Nuke their country would be destroyed by all means possible and Putin knows that.

Ukraine🇺🇦 has received the first NASAMS Air Defense System🇺🇸🇳🇴

@Dexs2020 In my opinion, I don’t think Kyiv needs NASAMS now. Kyiv hasn’t been getting hit. Embassies like USA and others there, if Putin launches a missile at Kyiv there maybe a major response from US, I believe a message was sent to Russia from US saying hitting Kyiv is a major red line.

@CRDean5 Personally, I do not think it is Kharkiv for a number of reasons. Kharkiv doesn’t need them as much as Odesa does. Kharkiv is in artillery range from Russia and the NASAMS would need to be behind the city. Kyiv, Odesa, and Dnipro are probably the most important cities for NASAMS.

@CRDean5 Russia can take a Grad put it near Ukraine and hit any part of Kharkiv. And there is no way NASAMS will shoot those all down. Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, and Zaporizhzia are in artillery range and NASAMS will not likely go there unless the NASAMS systems are behind out of artillery range.

@CRDean5 Then Kharkiv doesn’t need it now because all of Kharkiv North and East to Oskil river is liberated. There is not strategic significance of putting the NASAMS there. Kyiv would need it because of diplomatical reasons, Dnipro for Strategical Reasons, and Odesa for export reasons.🇺🇦

@doritoeubanks The launchers can only be about 20km from the battery, so it’s not like they can place it 100km away from each other. It would either go around a city or be placed on a 40km frontline.

@Boba12340769066 Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzia, and Kharkiv are all in artillery range.
Kyiv- needs it for Diplomatic Reasons
Dnipro- needs it for strategical reasons, I made a post about it recently explaining the importance of the city, it has so much military stuff
Odesa- needs it for export reasons🇺🇦

@Boba12340769066 If they were to be placed in any of those 3 cities Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, or Kharkiv they would need to be placed far behind the cities because those are in artillery range and Russia could take a grad launcher and shoot 40 rockets to any part in those cities.

@CRDean5 That doesn’t necessarily mean NASAMS is in Kharkiv. Kyiv and Dnipro are also under very reliable protection. Meaning almost all the Missile get shot down. So Ukraine could’ve establish good protection for Kharkiv after Russia was kicked out, they just could not do it before then.

@DrWhoUSA @CRDean5 It is Odesa. Kyiv and Dnipro are the most important cities in Ukraine in terms of this war. But they have amazing air defense right now. Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, and Zaporizhzia are in artillery range and if systems were placed they would need to be place far away from the frontline.🇺🇦

I am now tracking all missile strikes in different regions of Ukraine and comparing them to the amount of successful interceptions

If a region has NASAMS it would be clear that the success rate of missiles getting shot down would be significant higher than it was before NASAMS🇺🇦

@Boba12340769066 It useless in artillery range which can max out at 30-40km depending on the artillery system. Ukraine needs to be protecting military command posts, tank/weapons factories, large ammunition depots, bridges, and airfields that are located away from the frontline in large cities.🇺🇦
