RT @CameronJJJ: Right message from NatSec Advisor Jake Sullivan. US:

1. Takes possible Russian nuclear use seriously.

2. Has been clear & specific on "catastrophic consequences" from US & allies if Russia uses nuclear weapons.

3. Will support Ukraine regardless.

Russian Telegram channels are saying that Oleg Blokhin, a Russian war correspondent/fighter, was detained in Syria. One channel is saying that Colonel General Alexander Chayko, the former Eastern Military District CO, requested it.

Another indication of Russian manpower issues. This 27-year old senior lieutenant killed in Ukraine was commanding an engineer-sapper battalion.

If Russia is struggling to find officers of appropriate rank to lead regular Russian military units, what do you think the leadership situation will be in units formed with mobilized men?

@zeeginttas @noclador It’s hard to say, diplomatically it’s needed in Kyiv, but they really haven’t been getting hit at least not successfully because there are US Embassy and others.

I would say if it’s a city then Odesa or Dnipro. Because Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, and Zaporizhzia are in artillery range.🇺🇦

@zeeginttas @noclador With sometime it will become very clear which cities have NASAMS and which do not. I believe that Odesa needs air defense now, especially with all those drone hits and important ports in the city.
