The Russian General Staff said that students would not be mobilized, the 120,000 conscripts called up this fall will not be deployed, and that conscripts who are demobilized will be sent home. Doubt this will actually be the case.

@k_sonin Whatever the intent of this mobilization, the execution so far has been quite poor, which was to be expected. Even if you control television, all of this information that contradicts the official line spreads immediately on Telegram.
