This is also strange. A small number of HIMARS significantly disrupted Russia's ability to conduct offensives since early July, and, along with other NATO artillery, played an important role in Ukraine's success in Kharkiv, which is very strong evidence they do make a difference.

@hrnext There were not a huge number of Ukrainian troops in Kharkiv. They just used their resources very well.

@JoeySchwarzkopp I was referring to PzH 2000 when I mentioned NATO artillery. They were used heavily in Kharkiv.
