Sentinel-2 imagery of the 22nd Tank Reserve Center (В/ч 42713), at Buy - Kostroma Oblast, indicates that most equipment parked in the central parking areas of the base likely has been removed over past two months.

We learned that Yuriy Serbenkov, the director of the IT company Synesis, which came under the EU sanctions in December 2020, is currently on vacation in Palanga.
