@Mortis_Banned @CITeam_en Reinforcing maintenance units does sound like a likely explanation. They probably have a lot to do, fixing damaged equipment and also getting equipment drawn from deep storage back into serviceable condition.

The Czech company @azd_praha admits that it continues to cooperate with the Belarusian Railways, but it does only the most necessary work.

And today, the Czech company has commented on the situation, saying that they indeed continue to work in Belarus, but they don't think they violate any sanctions.
