@Mortis_Banned @CITeam_en Reinforcing maintenance units does sound like a likely explanation. They probably have a lot to do, fixing damaged equipment and also getting equipment drawn from deep storage back into serviceable condition.

@akihheikkinen The working theory for now is that this is to augment maintenance and repair units, but this type of developments is definitely worth looking for.
