LNR officials claimed that Ukraine launched 9 HIMARS munitions at 11:35pm from Bakhmut towards Luhansk. A RIA Novosti correspondent said that at least 4 anti-aircraft missiles were launched.

RBK and Kommersant are reporting that Deputy Prime Minister Yury Borisov will be replaced in the near future. Among other things, Borisov oversees Russia's defense industry and has come under criticism for military equipment issues, including with UAVs.

I don’t believe it’s neutral. And I am speaking for a lot of people who also agree. We thought you were neutral, and yes you are some of the time. But most of the time your basing your opinion and posts on the Pro-Russian side. I don’t want to spar.
