⚡️One of the Tochka-U systems spotted in Luhansk region probably arrived there from Belarus.
Yesterday morning military equipment was seen moving near the Lutuhyne bus station (Luhansk region, Ukraine), all of it with “V” marks. 6 Tochka-U systems can be seen in video.

The first Tochka-U in the frame (number 03) in a camouflage coloring is visually identical to one of three similar Tochka-U systems which, according to our information, were delivered to Machulishchy by the An-124 Ruslan aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces on March 18.

Later, we also published a video of the intercepted conversations (https://youtu.be/RqDHdm8LqeI). That convoy moved from Machulishchy towards the border with Ukraine and most likely was deployed in the Brahin district, where these systems were repeatedly spotted.

Apparently, there they also marked the equipment with “V” for identification.
Where and when could they have been taken from Belarus?
On March 30, a large number of vehicles, including Tochka-U systems, were spotted moving towards Gomel.

We also know that in June/July, An-124 of the Russian Aerospace Forces arrived in Gomel several times (for example, on 10.06 and 02.07). We can assume that on one of such flights some of the Tochka systems could have been transferred to eastern Ukraine.

According to NOTAMN O0562/22, an additional flight restriction zone has been introduced in Belarus today. It affects Minsk, Brest, the southern half of Minsk region and partially Mogilev and Gomel regions.

The new restriction is valid from July 11 to July 14, 2022. It doesn’t apply to the aircraft of the Belarusian Armed Forces, the State Border Committee of Belarus, as well as aircraft that fly to Minsk National Airport, airports of Gomel and Brest.

We note that this restriction zone is additional to the already introduced in the south of Belarus, which will be valid until October 7, 2022.
