The council concluded that it was in fact a T-80BV.
So the T-62 is still undefeated.

Based on the side skirt not used on any T-62, missing laser range-finder, and several other visual differences @oryxspioenkop @Danspiun and I have concluded that this tank is most likely a T-80BV (there is a chance that it is a BVM but footage isn't clear enough to be sure). https://t.co/44rxJqLpQ0
