Both Norway and Lithuania (+ the EU) should not give in to Russian pressure regarding sanctions which are limiting the transit of Russian goods on their territories.
For both Svalbard and Kaliningrad the easy solution is Russian ships from Russian ports.

23. As well as the AHS Krab, the German-Dutch PzH 2000 155mm self-propelled howitzers is now finally in service. Some unconfirmed reports more are on the way.
