On the Norwegian M270s:

In a joint Nor - UK effort, the UK will donate an additional 3 x M270s to Ukraine, while 3 x Nor M270s will backfill UK stocks.

The Nor M270s have been in storage since the 2000s, and are in need of modernization, hence this deal
