Anisiya told this on her Facebook page. According to @mediazona_by, the reason for the denial was an unpaid fine.

It appears the two (or more) missile strikes were almost 500 meters apart. One struck the mall and the other appears to hit the factory by the park (marked in yellow). 2/

Last week human rights activist Anisiya Kazlyuk was detained and then released from the migration service in Kyiv. It was reported that no one will be expelled from the country, but will have to pay a fine of 1,700 hryvnia ($57) for “illegal stay in Ukraine.”
